Non-Championship Race Report

Non-Championship Race Report (Riley MegaTechnics Test Track)

Well the race went ahead, albeit at ~17:10. The race consisted of 60 laps and was run 4 to 5 times all told. The initial race had some issues coming from the timing systems and the telemetry loggers. Fortunately after a few restarts the major issues were fixed and I can now announce the results of F1-TMs first non-championship race!

As you can see the race still didn't run perfectly, but it went well enough to be considered a success. Here is what Elof Valantor had to say:

"Well today's non-championship race was certainly an eye-opener for us! To be honest I was expecting the team to perform better. I'm glad we finished in a point scoring position - that means we're doing something right, but we obviously haven't got things perfect yet. The next few seasons will hopefully see the team close that gap to the very best. We have a pretty good idea of where it is we are falling short so we can take a lot of good things from this result.
I must say it was a pleasure to partake in this test and race against other notable teams. Hopefully Morvannec F1 will be invited to further tests in the future!"
